helpful staff towel warmer drainage smell difficult curtains
the super nice team and cute! i loved the towel warmer and the luxurious robes they had, it was such a nice touch. (it really reminded me of a special treat)
The new wing, where i was staying, had a strange smell from the bathroom drains. It was pretty unpleasant. also, the curtains were difficult to manage and didn't fully cover the windows which was a bit annoying.

An AMAZING Experience!
friendly staff great selection fresh cocktail
The STAFF was really good, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had many choices. I especially enjoyed fresh eggs cooked to order! We had Aperol Spritz cocktails in the evening. They tasted GREAT after a long day.
I did notice some strange lighting on the staircases. It resembled temporary lighting from a building site.

The hotel is in the city center. This made it easy to walk to shops. There were many restaurants and bars nearby, all easily accessible. The hotel's central location was very convenient!

some issues noted
poor soundproofing early wake-up
The room was in the new building. it suffered from poor soundproofing, which i found quite annoying. It woke me up at 7:00 am every morning. the bed was situated just one meter from the window, so it was like sleeping on the street, really.

The building itself was beautiful, a real architectural treasure! The space outside was peaceful, a welcome escape. I found the breakfast and dinner to be AMAZING!!!
I stayed in the new wing and discovered a problem. I noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drainage. The curtains were also difficult to handle and did not fully cover the windows.
